Priddy’s Motor Company are delighted to present this Porsche 718 Cayman GTS 2.5T, showing 23,488 miles.
The first thing that struck us when inspecting this Cayman was the quality of the interior. Porsche has used Alcantara and leather so extensively that it gives the cabin a genuinely special feel. The dashboard is leather-wrapped, as are the centre console and upper door cards, while Alcantara features across the remaining trim, including the headlining. It feels beautifully finished, with a consistency to the materials that makes the whole cabin feel far more considered than a typical sports car interior.
Underneath that finish is the 2.5-litre turbocharged flat-four, producing 365 hp, paired here with Porsche’s seven-speed PDK transmission. The GTS specification brings together the performance, chassis and styling elements that make this version particularly desirable, without needing aftermarket modifications to complete the package.
The specification on this example is especially appealing. Sport Chrono Package, Porsche Active Suspension Management with the suspension lowered by 10 mm, and Porsche Torque Vectoring with its mechanically locking differential give it a serious set of driver-focused features. Power Steering Plus adds further convenience, while the Sport Exhaust System with black Sport tailpipes gives the rear of the car a suitably purposeful finish.
It also has the SportDesign Package, 20-inch Carrera S wheels painted in satin black, and the PORSCHE logo in satin black. The Chalk tachometer dial provides a subtle contrast to the darker details, while the carbon fibre centre console trim and Alcantara PDK gear selector carry the same high-quality finish through the cabin.
Everyday usability has not been overlooked. The specification includes heated seats, a heated multifunction steering wheel, two-zone automatic climate control, front and rear ParkAssist, automatically dimming mirrors with integrated rain sensor, and a BOSE Surround Sound System. The black bi-xenon headlights with Porsche Dynamic Light System complete a particularly well-considered specification.
The car is in very nice overall condition for the mileage. It sits on brand-new Pirelli P Zero tyres at the front, with matching Pirelli tyres at the rear showing very good tread. The brakes appear to be in very good condition all round.
What makes this Cayman appealing is the way the whole package comes together. The GTS-specific chassis and driving equipment, PDK transmission, purposeful exterior details and exceptionally well-finished cabin make it a particularly attractive 718. It feels special before you have even turned the key, and the specification gives it the substance to match that first impression.
