Finished with gloss black side steps, rear storage boxes and ladder, alongside a striking set of 22-inch black alloy wheels, it has a purposeful look that completely transforms the appearance of the vehicle. It is a real head-turner and one that attracts attention wherever it goes. Having covered just 29,363 miles, it presents in very good condition throughout and is being sold simply because its previous owner is no longer using it as much as intended.

We have always been huge fans of Land Rover's P400e hybrid powertrain and, despite having experienced it in other models, this is one of the first opportunities we have had to offer one in a Defender. It suits the vehicle remarkably well, delivering effortless performance, impressive refinement and up to 30 miles of electric-only driving from a full charge under the right conditions. Crucially, this example benefits from air suspension rather than the coil spring setup found on many Defenders, giving it an even more comfortable and capable feel both on and off the road.

Specification includes adaptive cruise control, Meridian sound system, memory front seats, heated seats, panoramic sliding glass roof, digital black headlining, lane assist, 360-degree camera system with 3D view, Wade Sensing and rear seat entertainment screens with HDMI and USB connectivity. The entertainment system is an aftermarket addition, but a very well-executed one that we felt was worth retaining given how useful it is for passengers.
