Tyres are premium Michelin Pilot Super Sports across both axles with great tread depths all showing 6mm of tread remaining, discs and pads reflect the low mileage and are in excellent condition showing just 10% or so of wear the whole car mechanically is in top order.
Internally the car feels almost new, the steering wheel looks as if it has never been touched, it really is the best I have seen other than a brand new example. Inside you are treated to full individual leather interior which includes full dash leather wrap including glove box, lower dash and full door cards with contrast stitching, this rare extra certainly gives the car a more prestigious feeling inside. You also get HK sound, DCT gearbox, pro navigation, Apple car play, pdc front and rear with reverse camera, 360 cameras (surround view), M stitched seat belts, full heated electric memory leather seats, HUD, sun protection glass, roller sun blinds for the rear, armrest with sliding function and full carbon trim. The interior is a level above that found on most cars of this marque and feels extra special.
Externally the Black Sapphire metallic paintwork is in superb condition. The 20 inch Competition alloys fill the flared arches giving the car an aggressive stance, there's certainly nothing to dislike about the look of this performance saloon.
Boasting an extra 19bhp (444bhp) over the standard M3 and reworked suspension settings this is a different animal in terms of both ride/handling and performance, everything is just that little bit better, the M3 is without doubt a fine car but the M3 Competition could be described as an M3's more muscular older brother. Having driven both you can recognise the performance tweaks and it does make the driving experience that little bit more focused.
